UMS Portal provide facility to change the text size. The text resizer is available in each page in the website which can be located at the top of the page. User can choose either to use larger or smaller text size accordingly by clicking on the button.

1.Before you can use this component, you need to download MS Speech API first. If you are using Windows 2000, you should already have this component.
2.You also need to download at least one Speech engine. It is the 'voice' of a male or female, which will talk in English or in another languages.
