Visa Announcement
Please note that ICFSN 2017 is not lawful to support the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICFSN 2017 Committee Board. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration.
Should your Visa application be denied, ICFSN 2017 cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  ICFSN 2017 will not participate in discussion or correspondence with the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be reimbursed when the VISA application of individual being denied.
