Energy Action Partners is an organisation focused on expanding individual opportunities and strengthen communities through collaborative projects, activities and educational programs that improve access to sustainable energy services. They have worked with organisation globally and have a presence in Sabah where they will be running a course on “Designing Sustainable Energy Systems for Community Development” from 10 to 15 July in Kampung Buayan.
In this sharing session, Dr. Rusaslina Idrus, a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaya, who is on the Board of Directors, as well as Ms. Ayu Abdullah, the Regional Director for Southeast Asia, will be sharing the Energy Action Partners Experiences in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development.
The Centre for Industry and Community Network (CICN), Universiti Malaysia Sabah, warmly welcomes academics, community members, and interested parties to attend this talk, which will be followed by an informal discussion on possible collaborations as below:
