THURSDAY, 20^th NOVEMBER – A total of 15,000 Utusan Malaysia newspapers will be distributed for free in conjunction with Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) 16^th Convocation Ceremony that will be held on the 22^nd until 24^th November 2014.

According to the Head of Chancellery Department, No’man Ahmad, 5,000 newspapers will be distributed every day during the convocation at the Chancellor Hall and Tamu Gadang site, Padang Kawad UMS.

“4,000 newspapers will be distributed at the Chancellor Hall while the rest will be given at Tamu Gadang site,” he said when presenting a sponsored cheque to Celestina Ubing, Sabah Executive Marketing at Utusan Malaysia, in a simple ceremony yesterday.

Students and visitors can obtained the newspapers as early as 7.30 am on Saturday and Monday, while on Sunday the newspapers will be distribute at 11.00 am, added No’man.

The simple ceremony was also attended by Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics and Internationalization, Prof. Dr. Shariff AK Omang, UMS Registrar, Datuk Abdullah Hj. Said, and the graduands.
