Collection of Convocation Attire
  • Before collecting the convocation attire, please be reminded of the followings :
    i. All outstanding fees including fees and fines have to be settled.

    - Link to make payment https://epayment.ums.edu.my/

    ii. Complete the Tracer Study, http://graduan.mohe.gov.my/skpg/
    iii. Bring the invitation letter and loaner sheet that can be printed out from the link at https://smp.ums.edu.my/semakankonvokesyen upon collecting the convocation attire
    iv. Graduands who assign representatives to collect the convocation attire must present
    ✅ AUTHORIZATION FOR REPRESENTATIVE TO COLLECT CONVOCATION ATTIRE ON BEHALF OF GRADUATE 
    ✅ A copy of identity card/passport of both graduand and representative.

    Graduands who failed to fulfill the requirements as mentioned above, will not be allowed to collect the convocation attire.

  •  During collection, you will be receiving a set of convocation attire which categorized as below :
    Category A set of convocation attire Others
    PHD robe, hood and hunter’s cap Complete package : non woven bag, convocation attire, invitation card, graduan card
    Masters/Degrees robe, hood and mortar board
    Diploma robe and mortar board
