Introduction
Presently the library collection consist of;
In 2005, Medical Collection was established to provide reference materials for the School of Medicine or popularly known as SPU. Upon completion of the school buildings which is now known as the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, the Medical Collection in the main library was relocated at Level 2 and 3, Block B. Medical Library opens its door to users on the 15th August 2011. As of January 2019, we are now known as Medical and Hospital Library.

Sandakan Campus Library
Introduction
Presently the library collection consists of
In 2011, Universiti Malaysia Sabah Library has placed its branch in the building of the Faculty of Sustainable Agriculture, Universiti Malaysia Sabah in Sandakan and has started its operations in that year until today. in 2016, the new Library building was implemented and completed in 2018. Now, the Library at the Faculty of Sustainable Agriculture has its own building that was completed on 30th July 2018 and we are now known as UMS Sandakan Campus Library. The UMS Sandakan Campus Library has open its door to users on the 12th September 2018.

Labuan International Campus Library
Introduction
This branch was set up in 1999 to support the teaching and learning for the Labuan Faculty of International Finance and Faculty of Computing and Informatics. The location is at the Support Building area of 2.184 square meters which can accommodate up to 250 users in one time. Labuan International Campus Library opens its door to users on the January 1999.
