Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, Universiti Malaysia Sabah is delighted to invite you to attend to its International Conference on Food Science and Nutrition 2017 (ICFSN 2017) that will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on 25th-26th October 2017.

Themed “Exploring the Future of Foods: Scientific Discovery and New Trends”, the conference will serve as a valuable forum for experts and specialists around the world to share and discuss the latest development in the field of Food Science and Technology, Foodservice, and Nutrition. The conference will focus on five main themes, namely Innovative Food Products and Processing, Food Safety and Management, Nutrition, Food Security and Sustainability, and Food and Culture. 1. Abstract submission: 31 March 2017

2. Abstract acceptance notification: 30 April 2017

3. Early bird registration: 30 June 2017

4. Full Paper Deadline: 30 September 2017
