WEDNESDAY, 02 OCTOBER – Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Media Division invites students and staff of UMS to join in a poem writing competition in conjunction with UMS 20th anniversary, whilst also inculcating creative writing among UMS students and staff.

According to a statement issued by UMS Media Division, entries must be original and must never be used before in any form of publication.

“Poems sent must have its own message besides values and highlights UMS 20 years since its inception,” the statement said.

Participants can send in more than one entry and must be in bahasa Malaysia.

 

Entry forms can be obtained from the secretariat or through UMS website http://www.ums.edu.my/v5/ and full details on the rules and regulations of the competition are printed on the form. – FL
