With the theme "Innovation and Resilience in a Changing World," the Online Conference of the 17th Seminar on Science and Technology (S&T 2024) aims to foster, enhance, and solidify multidisciplinary research collaborations that empower research and development. Continuing its tradition, S&T 2024 encourages active participation from academics, researchers, and postgraduate students. This seminar is designed to serve as a platform for researchers to establish and strengthen research networks.
