Call For Paper: Seminar on Innovative Learning and Teaching (SILT 2022)

We welcome conceptual, empirical papers or case studies that fall within, but not limited to the following sub-themes:

Announcement from: UMS Translation and Editing Unit (UTUMS)

UTUMS in collaboration with Institut Terjemahan & Buku Malaysia (ITBM) is organising a 6-day, basic translation course (intensive) for UMS staff. The course focuses on Malay-English and English-Malay translation.

Classes will be conducted by an experienced ITBM trainer.

Participants who pass the course requirements will be certified as translators.

The course details are as follows:

Date: 22–27 August 2022 (Monday–Saturday)

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)

Venue: UMS KK Campus

Training mode: Face-to-face

Total participants: 20 participants

Fee: RM950 per participant

Registration deadline: 15 August 2022 (Monday)
