Therefore, promoting diversity and inclusion is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage for organizations in today's globalized world. It is essential for higher education institutions to prioritize leading diversity and take concrete steps toward promoting it.

OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES:
