SUBJECT: PROGRAMME/PROJECT PROPOSAL UNDER THE NBOS 8 INITIATIVE: UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION CENTRE (UCTC) FOR 2017 AND 2018

Respectfully I refer to the matter above.

 

2.        For your information, the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) is inviting all universities to submit proposals for UCTC programmes/projects/ which have high impact by practicing the NBOS principles (low cost, high impact, rapid execution, and sustainability).  MOHE will only accept 10 of the best proposals from each university for 5 programme/project proposals for 2017 and 5 programme/project proposals for 2018.  Therefore, we warmly welcome all UMS lecturers to apply for this UCTC grant through the Centre for Industry and Community Network (CICN).

 

3.         Enclosed are the proposal format for the UCTC programmes/projects as listed below:

 

a)    UCTC Programme/ Project Summary Form;

b)    UCTC Working Paper Format; and

c)    Final Programme/Project Report Format.
