Dear all,

Information and registration form can be downloaded at http://dsscm.ump.edu.my/ index.php/en/
Below is a brief information on the seminar :
First of all, I would like to give you a warm welcome to the fourth Seminar on Developing and Sustaining Safety Culture in Malaysia (DSSCM IV) organized by Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Programme, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in collaboration with UMP Advanced Education (UAE) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) supported by DOSH. Thank you for giving us such a tremendous support towards this event. Looking back to the successful organization of the last three events since 2010, this year we return back with more exciting topics and a forum as platform to move forward.
This year, in line with the newly launched OSH Master Plan 2016 – 2020 (OSHMP 2020) theme “Transforming OSH – Preventive Culture”, we provide more platform to discuss on safety culture issues through cross disciplinary approaches. The 2016 DSSCM IV theme “Paradigm Shifts in Safety Culture: Government and Corporate Responsibilities” reflects the OSHMP 2020 Strategy Number 1: Government Leadership and Strategy Number 3: OSH Partnerships and Networks.
The delegates will be exposed to the experience sharing by speakers from all disciplines in inculcating preventive culture. A forum will be held to discuss the theme by the distinguished panellists from authority and industry. This will give the delegates fresh and up-to-date inputs besides networking. This seminar is claimable under Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) through UAE. The delegates are eligible to gain 15 Continuous Education Programme (CEP) points from Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and 20 Contractor Continuous Development (CCD) points from Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Come and reserve your seat for DSSCM IV.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to all individuals whom committed towards the successful organization of this seminar. Thank you.
