The Borneo  Leadership  Transformation  &  Strategic  Program  (BOLTS)  is  acomprehensive initiative focused on Leadership in Diversity & Sustainability, emphasizing both environmental and social dimensions. BOLTS is designed to empower participants from various backgrounds, including universities, knowledge hubs, and business entities, to lead effectively in a rapidly changing global landscape. ICOMSA 2024 invites researchers, scientists, academics, and industry experts to submit their research papers and abstracts related to the conference theme. Submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the BJOMSA.
