This can lead to improved academic outcomes, promote social justice and equity, enhance the institution's reputation, and prepare students to be responsible global citizens. Therefore, promoting diversity and inclusion is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage for organizations in today's globalized world. It is essential for higher education institutions to prioritize leading diversity and take concrete steps toward promoting it.

 

OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES:

 

  • To facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among institutions regarding the implementation of leading diversity initiatives.

 

  • To foster a network of higher education leaders and stakeholders to promote ongoing collaboration and discussion on diversity and inclusivity in organization.

 

These objectives aim to address the importance of knowledge sharing and collaboration among institutions in implementing successful leading diversity initiatives. By bringing together experts, stakeholders, and leaders in the field, the conference can provide a platform for dialogue, networking, and sharing of best practices to advance diversity and inclusivity in Malaysia.
