Oral Presentation
  • The venue is equipped with a laptop and projector for the presentation.
  • We recommend all presenters to use our laptop for your presentation. For this reason, we request the presenter to adjust their presentation slide into MS:PowerPoint, to be readable at least under MSOffice 2010 on Windows 7.
  • You could also present your slides using Adobe Acrobat (pdf) full-view mode. If you have video to show, please ensure that the embedded video files work and can play on the default MS:Power Point without additional software or plugins.
  • Alternatively, you could choose to use you own devices (laptop/tablets/smart phones) but do ensure your device can output to a VGA analog signal at (1280x720@60Hz). The slides are best set at 1280x720 (HD) resolution or with a 16:9 ratio. Other ratios and resolution should be supported but your slides maybe stretch or not fill the entire set projection screen.
  • You are advised to upload your presentation in the laptop a day before the presentation date. Should there be any confidentiality concern, you could delete your files during the session break (at the end of the session).
Take note that each presenter is allocated a total of 12 minutes of presentation time which includes a Q&A session. The detailed arrangement for the presentation will be provided in the website
