Programme Info
This program introduces students to the field of industrial and organizational psychology and problems related to organizational behaviour. The focus of the study will be on job satisfaction and stress, group dynamics, interpersonal communication, employee problems, leadership and significant influence, prejudice and organizational discrimination, as well as design and organization development, ergonomics, and health and safety aspect of the workplace. To broaden their exposure, students will have job training placement to complement
their academic study. The program produces graduates who are resilient and skilled in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Graduates of this program will serve the public and private sector as personnel or welfare officers in industry, research assistants, or tutor/lecturer in higher educational institutions, facilitators and helpers in various organizations such as consumers and marketing, and also advertisement.
