Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, Universiti Malaysia Sabah is delighted to invite you to attend its International Conference on Food Science and Nutrition 2022 (ICFSN 2022) that will be held fully online on 24th-25th August 2022.

Themed “Future Food: Emerging Trends, Health and Diversity”, the conference will serve as a valuable field for experts and specialists around the world to disseminate knowledge, share experiences, novel ideas, and discuss the latest research within the field of food science and technology, food service, and nutrition.

The conference will serve as a platform to create a valuable and without boundaries network for the participants. The conference will focus on four main themes: Innovative Food Products and Processing, Food Safety, Security and Sustainability, Nutrition and Food Anthropology, and Gastronomy.
