Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to meet these commitments to support your academic and professional journey.
ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT
Ensure that student applications related to academic matters (registration/examination/convocation) are processed within seven (7) working days from the date the application is received.
RESEARCH MANAGEMENT
Inform all researchers about research grant information (domestic and international) within 24 hours after receiving it from the Research Management Division or other agencies.
STUDENT GUIDANCE
Ensure students receive academic guidance and advice at least once (1) per semester through the mentor-mentee program/supervision (for postgraduate students).
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Inform applicants of the result of laboratory/instrument usage applications within five (5) working days from the date of application received.
ORInform applicants of the result of space and facility usage applications within five (5) working days from the date of application received.
COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
Take action or provide feedback on complaints/inquiries within seven (7) working days.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Ensure that supplier/staff payment claims are processed at the PTJ level within seven (7) working days from the date complete documents are received.
