Halal Training Course in PPPH comprises of five types of training courses:

1. Halal Executive Training

2. Halal Internal Audit Training

3. Halal Competency Training

4. Halal Awareness Training

5. Halal Assurance Management System

This is a 3 hours courses that are required to be attended by all Malaysian food handlers in order to promote food safety and quality.

Food Safety Assurance Course in PPPH comprises of six types of training courses:

1. Bersih, Selamat dan Sihat (BeSS)

2. Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MeSTI)

3. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

4. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

5. ISO 22000

6. Food Labelling

Courses focused on the making of various food products, which opens to everyone including adults and children.

1. Little Chef: Pastries, Cupcake, Ice Cream, Bobba, Sandwich

2. Food Science Pioneer: Yoghurt, Tempeh

3. Packaged Foods: Sambal, Rendang
